This simple drill application will quickly teach you Thai grammar using in the sentences from this chapter's dialog. The main verb of our dialog is สบายดี (sà-baai dee), which means to be well, to be in good health.
The subject always precedes the verb in Thai, and verbs are not conjugated. The subject of the sentence ผม สบายดี (pǒm sà-baai dee - I am fine.) can easily be changed by simply switching to the correct pronoun.
The drills on this page are examples of the most polite form of speech. In everyday conversations with people you know well, the polite particle would not be used over and over, and the pronouns are often omitted.
