It's important to remember that เรียกว่า is a verb, which means to be called. We use it to refer to the name of nouns, as in What's this called?
In one of our first lessons, you learned an important difference. You should recall and understand these phrases:
Answer type one:
We use ไม่ใช่ in front of the noun (Winai) to form a negative, in the phrase Not Winai.
Answer type two:
Because ชื่อ is verb, meaning to be named, we must use ไม่ได้ in front of it to form the negative: Not named Winai. And because เรียกว่า is also a verb, we must use ไม่ได้ in front of it to form the negative: Not called . . .
